ORFantome Saison Ale, 750ml btls. (Belgium)
Deep golden colored and cloudy with a thick, rocky head. The nose and palate reveal wild flavors akin to lambic. A complex blend of rich malt and tart citrus like flavors. In the end the crisp and lively impression wins the struggle of flavors making this a very refreshing drink anytime of the year.

Farnum Hill Ciders Extra Dry, 750ml (USA)
Bright golden color, slightly hazy with a fine, subtle bead of bubbles. The nose is very complex offering layers of sweet and tart apples. The palate fully concurs with the nose delivering a vibrant and tart core with accents of apple skin tannins, tart cucumber, celery salt, and citrus zest. A tart and fresh cider seeking to pair with food. A wide range of dishes from smoked salmon to fried chicken comes to mind.
Farnum Hill Ciders Extra Dry, 750ml (USA)
Bright copper color with a scant trace of carbonation. The nose is rich with the scents of baked apples, lightly toasted almonds, tart, semi-oxidized apple juice, and orange reduction. The palate mirrors the nose offering complex layers of sweet and tart fruit with a nice dose of balancing acidity that keeps it vibrant and fresh despite its deep and ponderous nature. A unique beverage.
Farnum Hill Ciders Farmhouse, 750ml (USA)
Bright, pale gold color with a faint head and fine bubbles. The nose is filled with scents of tart apples, earth, autumnal leaves, and a dose of wood. The palate echoes the nose delivering a complex tart apple wave with accents of earth, mineral, coriander, a hint of salinity and skin tannins. Tart and vibrant.
Farnum Hill Ciders Semi-Dry, 750ml (USA)
Bright golden color with a faint head and subtle carbonation. The nose is fresh with the scents of sweet and tart apples, as well as a healthy dose of apple skin and celery leaf. The palate is equally fresh being more tart than the nose suggested with plenty of natural acidity and complex fruit notes. Wonderfully textured and certainly aimed at the dry wine drinker rather than the standard cider offered at the local bar. Serve with dinner!
Full Sail Amber Ale, 6 pk 12oz btls. (USA)
Brilliant clear deep amber, brick color with a thick off-white head. Assertively hoppy with a sweet malt note on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with great balance never becoming too sweet while generous and complex. Finishes with a faint toffee and dark chocolate note. Very nice.

Full Sail Old Broadhead Barleywine Ale, 22 oz. btl. (USA)
Deep amber/burgundy color. The nose is rich with sweet, caramel, a touch of allspice, rich malt, roasted nuts, toffee, and baked apples. The palate concurs being rich and lush while ideally balanced with fresh acidity and bright hops notes. A blockbuster Ale with super balance and layers of flavors to add interest. A very stylish Barley Wine.

Full Sail Wassail, 6 pk 12 oz. btls. (USA)
Deep, dark mahogany being nearly opaque. The nose is filled with dark, roasted malt veering toward espresso, dark cocoa nibs, and campfire. The palate is in full agreement with the nose with dry, semi-bitter roasted grains and hops dominate with a long trailing finish of tart fruits and toasted nuts.

Full Sail Wreck the Halls, 22 oz. btl. (USA)
Bright amber with golden tones. Semi-cloudy with a thick, rocky head of foam. The nose is fresh with sweet malt and citrus forward hops. The palate carries on where the nose has led us offering a firm hop driven profile with a sharp, bitter finish. This brew will thrill the hopheads.

Fullers ESB, 6 pk 500ml btls. (England)
Deep golden red appearance. Moderately full bodied with balancing bitterness. Rich, toasted caramel malt aromas. Full rounded mouthfeel shows fluffy, silky qualities with plenty of dried floral hop flavors in support. Great caramel malt and toffee flavors.
