Tieton Cider Works “Cherry”, 750ml (USA)

FEATURED

Bright, natural burgundy color with a fine bead of bubbles. The nose is wonderfully complex and appealing with a careful blend of sweet and tart cherries, apple juice, and apple skins. The palate is equally compelling offering the perfect balance of cherry and apple as well as sweet and tart. A semi-dry style that benefits from the slight touch of sugar as it adds heft to the complex fruit blend. It is lovely in its simplicity as well as its complexity making it perfect for any crowd or occasion. Terrific stuff.

Thomas Creek River Falls Red Ale, 6 pk 12oz. (USA)

Bright tawny color with a generous white head. The nose is filled with scents of grain, nuts, and malt with hints of toffee. The palate echoes the nose delivering a medium-body with refreshing, citrus tinged hop accents. Dry with toasty grains on the finish.

Thomas Hooker Irish Red Ale, 6 pk 12oz. (USA)

Deep, red amber color. The nose is dominated by earthy hop notes with semi-sour fruit. The palate follows the nose with more toasted grain flavors emerging with the earthy hop flavors rising on the finish.

Three Floyds Alpha Kings, 6 pk 12oz. btls. (USA)

Red-gold hue. Moderately full-bodied. Strikingly assertive grapefruit aromas suggest enthusiastic dry-hopping with Cascade hops. Very floral, very hop-accented, and explosively flavorful with a long, hoppy finish.

Topvar Svetlé Pils, 6 pk 12oz. btls. (Czech Republic)

Yellow-gold hue. Medium-bodied. Delicately fruity aromas have a subtle hop impression. Flavors show a generous pale malt impression with a slight sweetness upfront that is offset by enough hop bittering. Very high drinkability factor.

Traquair House Ale, 11.2oz. btl. (Scotland)

Dark mahogany color with a generous white head. Toasted grains, sweet malt, and toffee fill the nose. The palate echoes the nose as it seamlessly marries barley malt with semi-sweet caramel, roasted nuts, and hints of earth and brown spices. The finish lingers with rich but dry malt notes with a very delicate note of earthy hops. Dangerously sessionable.

Traquair Jacobite Ale, 11.2oz. btl. (Scotland)

Deep mahogany color with a rocky white head. The nose presents a complex and pleasing aromatic profile that offers as much spice and herbal-like hops notes as dense malted barley. The palate offers waves of malt and grain with accents of caramel, cocoa nibs, fruitcake, with star anise, cardamom, and a hint of clove. Ideally balanced, skillfully masking its considerable strength. Tremendous.

Tröegs Brewing Hoback Amber Ale, 6 pk 12oz btls. (USA)

Bright amber color with a generous off-white head. Herbal, faintly malty with a touch of pine on the nose. Thick, rich, and chewy on the palate with a fresh hop edge. Creamy long finish. Nicely done.

Tucher Dunkles Hefeweizen, 500ml btl. (Germany)

Chestnut tan head with a subtle haze. Pours with a big, richly laced head. Medium bodied. Mild bitterness. Wonderful aromas feature banana, clove and toasty malt accents. Rich upfront, with frothy carbonation and a toasted malt note that turns drier through the finish where creamy, yeasty flavors come through. Relatively dry. Outstandingly flavorsome and refreshing.

Tieton Cider Works “Tieton Blend - Dry”, 750ml (USA)

Bright golden color with a moderate stream of fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and somewhat subtle with vibrant, ripe apple pulp taking the lead with hints of mineral and apple skin. The first sip is bone dry with a framing note of tart apple acidity. Subsequent sips soften showing a subtle ripeness allowing the fruit to blossom. A refreshing note of bitterness can be found throughout with a complex skin tannin note setting the finish. Lovely.
