Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon (USA); 40% abv (USA)

FEATURED

Deep gold to copper color. The nose is incredibly beautiful with rich caramel touched grains filling the nose with accents of vanilla, honey, brown butter, loads of brown baking spices, and sweet corn fritters. With each inhale of the aromatics we have to remind ourselves that this is their “basic” offering. The palate is the natural extension of the nose. It is rich and sweet with toasted marshmallow added to the mix along with plenty of spice to keep it fresh and vibrant. When you consider the value, as we always do, this a Four-Star Whiskey.

New flavors are revealed with each sip and a splash of water presents even more.

This much anticipated offering from Lincoln Henderson delivers with style and charm. We can’t wait to see what’s next.

Blanton's “Single Barrel” Bourbon (USA); 46.5% abv (USA)

Rich, and spicy filled with notes of toffee, vanilla, allspice, and caramel. An intriguing and complex Bourbon with unique notes of clove, green peppercorn, and ginger emerging on the palate giving a dry impression. Exceptional!

Buffalo Trace Bourbon (USA); 45% abv (USA)

Brilliant chestnut amber color. A beautiful, perfectly balanced Bourbon ready to please novice and enthusiast alike. Rich caramel apple with complex complimenting notes of wild mint, vanilla, molasses, and butter pecan ice cream. Pure, delicate while generous begging for the next glass. Mature while vibrant and youthful and should atop everyone’s “Best Buy” list.

Bulleit Bourbon (USA); 45% abv (USA)

Deep bronze color. Wildly fragrant with notes of orange peel, toasted grain, baked apples, and pepper fill the nose. Assertive on the palate but it calms with a splash of water revealing its spicy grain core and complimenting fruit, caramel, and brown spice notes. Finishes true and pure with a faint scorched honey note. A must in your bar as it is quite different from the majority of Bourbons available today.

Eagle Rare “Single Barrel” 10 yr old Bourbon (USA); 45% abv (USA)

Brilliant amber color. This Bourbon offers an amazingly compelling and complex nose filled with scents of wild honey, toasted grains, pecans, and rum like tropical fruits. The palate gives a lush viscosity while remaining dry with notes of dried fruits, roasted nuts and charred oak. It is so refreshing in its nature making it the ideal Kentucky aperitif.

Early Times “354” Bourbon (USA); 40% abv (USA)

Brilliant amber color. The nose is lively with sweet apple notes accented by cinnamon, clove, and allspice with hints of caramel. The palate echoes the nose delivering a bright core of sweet fruit with a flanking vanilla accent. This Bourbon is medium-bodied and fresh ready for your favorite cocktails or severed on the rocks. A super value.

Elijah Craig 12 yr old Bourbon (USA); 47% abv (USA)

Deep amber, mahogany color. The nose is an intense, textbook explosion of Bourbon goodness. Waves of spice, fruitcake, vanilla, toasted walnuts, coconut, and charred oak fill the nose. The palate is equally robust and rustic being densely fruity with classic rye spice notes, anise, dark caramel, and treacle. An assertive, dare I say masculine style that will warm the coldest nights. Greatly improves with airing in the glass.
