Field Stone Winery and Vineyard Rosé of Petite Sirah Alexander Valley 2011 (USA)

This is one of the most deeply colored rosé wines we have seen with a raspberry red hue. The nose is fresh and lively with scents of ripe and tart strawberry, raspberry, plum, and cherry with accents of citrus and mineral. The palate echoes the nose delivering waves of ripe and semi-tart fruit. Ideally balanced with trailing notes of tart cherries.
