Eberle Cabernet Sauvignon “Estate” Paso Robles 2005 (USA)

Deep garnet red color. The nose offers classic Cabernet aromatics with ripe blackberry, cassis, red and black currants accents by cocoa, allspice, and dried cherries. The palate delivers on the promise of the nose presenting a lush, complex and ideally balanced wine with a silky soft texture. Certainly a wine from the big, ripe, and concentrated mold while showing great flanking acid and earthy accents.

Eberle Cabernet Sauvignon “Vineyard Selection” Paso Robles 2006 (USA)

Deep garnet red color. The nose reveals a ripe, lush, and approachable Cabernet gushing with scents of ripe dark berries, cassis, sweet herbs, and sweet oak. The palate is fresh with semi-tart fruit with accents of earth, cocoa, and oak. Tannins are well demonstrated on the finish but they are soft enough to offer complimenting texture notes and lengthen the peppery finish.

Eberle Cotes-du-Robles Blanc Paso Robles 2009 (USA)

Pale straw color. The nose is generous and expressive with a unique marriage of peach, red grapefruit, guava, and papaya with hints of citrus and coriander. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lush but ideally balanced with a crisp citrus like edge. Wonderfully complex with trailing hints of candied ginger and tangerine. A real beauty.

Eberle Cotes-du-Robles Paso Robles 2007 (USA)

Bright ruby red with purple edges. The nose is wonderfully beautiful and generous filled with scents of fresh crushed berries with accents of mineral, clay, allspice, dried cherry, and sweet oak. The palate confirms the nose offering a complex and ideally balanced Rhone inspired red that provides loads of hedonistic pleasure. Bravo!

Eberle Full Boar Red Paso Robles NV (USA)

Bright, deep ruby red color. The nose is complex and expressive with fresh notes of crushed red and black berries, clove, black pepper, allspice, and a hint of sweet herbs. The palate echoes the nose adding full dimension to the lovely aromatics. Ideally balanced with layers of flavors that evolve with just a few minutes of aerating in the glass. There is a lot of style and charm in this unique red blend that is quite sensibly priced as well.

Eberle Muscat Canelli Paso Robles 2008 (USA)

Pale straw color. The nose is incredibly floral with a mélange of spring flowers leading the way complimented by scents of cantaloupe, ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, and apple. The palate echoes the nose being fruity and semi-sweet with a generous dose of fresh acidity and semi-tart citrus zest notes. A very appealing wine.

Eberle Syrah Rosé Paso Robles 2008 (USA)

Bright, deep salmon to strawberry red in color. The nose is fresh with a mélange of ripe berries and cherry. The palate is equally fresh and fruity with both vibrancy and substance. Perfectly balanced, which is incredible considering its power and mass. There is a lot to love here. Super with just a glass or pair this unique Rosé with summer salads, Thai, or roasted chicken.

Eberle Syrah Rosé “Steinbeck Vineyard” Paso Robles 2009 (USA)

Bright ruby red being nearly as dark as a red wine. The nose explodes with scents of strawberry, raspberry, and violets with hints of cranberry and mineral. The palate is in full agreement with the nose offering lush, ripe berries with a semi-tart cranberry note that adds balance and interest. Very refreshing and versatile being great with nothing more than a glass but with enough gusto and fresh acid to make it the perfect partner to roasted fowl or substantial summer salads.

Eberle Syrah “Steinbeck Vineyard” Paso Robles 2006 (USA)

Deep, bright, cherry red color. The nose is filled with scents of blackberry, cherry, and sweet vanilla accented by oak with complimenting aromas of earth, black pepper, cloves, and cardamom. The palate is lush while fresh with a healthy dose of balancing acid. Complex flavors that seamlessly marry fruit, spice, and earth. A lovely balanced Syrah offered at a sensible price.

Eberle Viognier Paso Robles 2009 (USA)

Pale golden color. The nose is rich and creamy being more akin to a California style Chardonnay with scents of tropical fruit, butterscotch, and vanilla tinged oak. The palate concurs delivering rich, ripe tropical fruit with baked apples, honey, and marzipan. This is a massive Viognier that will please the fans of muscular California whites.
